Chia seeds are in our opinion by far the best superfood. If you have already tried Chia pudding, then you know what we are talking about it. But if you haven't, here is a short recipe how to prepare one.   Ingredients: 1/2 cup Chia seeds 1.5 cup coconut-, almond-, soya or regular milk  1 cup dried fruit (Mulberries, Goji berries) 2 tbsp agave syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract  1 tsp ground cinnamon  Mix all ingredients and leave in the fridge for an hour. If you leave the pudding in the fridge over night the result will be even better....

Chocolate Truffles with Incan berries and Coconut

For these juicy and delishous balls you will need: 1/2 cup grinded or chopped Aktiv Organic Incan berries 2/3 cup grinded almonds 1 cup coconut flour 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 grated organic orange peel 2 tablespoons coconut oil Mix all ingredients and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. After that create small balls (size 1.5 - 2 cm) and cover them (or sink them in) with chocolate covering (cooking chocolate melted over steam and a teaspoon of coconut oil). Put the truffles in the fridge and voilà.

Super healthy granola bars

Here is a recipe for really delicious granola bars. Although there is a lot of ingredients, the procedure is really easy. Also, you can choose ingredients according to your wishes (athletes might want to put more hemp protein or seeds, chocolate fans can put more cacao powder ...), taste and available ingredients.
